PRODUCTION PHOTOS of the New COLUMBUS AERONAUTS Hot Air Balloon

After 17 weeks of production for our new Columbus Aeronauts hot air balloon. It is almost ready for delivery from Cameron Balloons in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Here are a few photos from the balloon's production over the past few months, showing the step by step process.

PHASE 1: Cutting the Special Balloon Material and construction of the Passenger Basket

PHASE 2: Stitching together all of the different cuts to construct the Custom designed balloon.

The Passenger Basket is beginning to take shape as well.
