Once the purchase for your holiday gift certificate or regular gift certificate is approved and complete.

We will mail out the gift certificate Immediately to you.

There is no extra charge for processing a hot air balloon flight gift certificate. No reservation date is necessary with order. The hot air balloon Flight gift certificate can be used anytime during the balloon flight season. Certificates may be redeemed online or by calling the office.

GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE PAID IN FULL AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

There is a 2 year Expiration Date on Gift Certificates. But we will honor your gift certificate after the experation date if the weather conditions or scheduling didn't permit for you to fly within that the 2 year period.
